doen’r is a consultancy firm that gets organizations moving.
In the vibrant heart of Rotterdam, doen’r found its new home base. doen’r brought in Sprank for more than just the interior. We were involved from the start, helping to find the perfect location: the Holbeinhuis on the Coolsingel. With a view of the city hall and room to grow, work, and celebrate. Because at doen’r, celebration is part of the culture. Cake, confetti cannons, and good vibes are never far away.
doen’r is a young and ambitious secondment agency in full development. Their new office had to reflect where they are now, but also be ready for what’s next. A place people enjoy coming to, even if they work on-site most of the time. Our challenge? To create a workspace that radiates that same energy, with room for connection, focus, and spontaneity.
The interior seamlessly reflects the identity of doen’r. The blue from the logo runs like a thread throughout the space, complemented by orange accents that add warmth and contrast. The raw concrete skeleton of the building remains visible, balanced by wooden elements and lots of greenery. The vibe? Bold, industrial, and inviting. And technically, everything’s been thought of: great acoustics, climate control and smart lighting ensure comfort in every corner.
The challenge: uniting two separate floors into one cohesive whole. We solved it with a central void and a connecting staircase — creating both a literal and visual link. The lower level is designed for focus and collaboration, with a mix of open and closed workspaces, a spacious boardroom, and a kitchen with cozy seating. Upstairs is all about connection. You’ll find a welcoming coffee bar, a variety of seating areas, meeting rooms, and touchdown spots. Perfect for informal chats or a spontaneous Friday afternoon drink.
