Work method

This is how we work:
In 4 steps how we approach your project

Step 1

From getting to know each other to really understanding each other

Why is it that you actually want to renovate, refurbish or relocate your office? This is the key question for us when we first meet. Because we want to find out exactly what you want to achieve for your employees, your customers, your company, and of course yourself.

We share
insights

Because of our experience, we know which specific or general insights are necessary in order to come up with solutions for an office landscape. We are happy to share those insights with you. We provide examples of different office and work designs.

We explain and
ask questions

It’s nice to know from the very first introduction what we can expect from each other. We explain what you can count on from us. And we ask what we can count on from you.

We discuss
hard facts

What are the deadlines? What is the budget? And there are all kinds of other hard facts. Perhaps not the most fun part of an introduction, but so important for making a well-thought out step-by-step plan.

We want to understand each other well

We know what you want and you know what we can do. If we can say Hello to that idea after our first meeting, we are well on our way. The first essential puzzle piece has been laid on the table.

Enrich your office landscape

The first interview yielded a list of wishes and requirements. We translate that into a concept. We draw a layout plan and give atmospheric impressions. We also show what the follow-up process looks like: when will the designs come and what is the overall plan for the entire project? And we make an open budget. The first big ideas now really come to life.

An office you can really enjoy working in

We see an office environment as a lively landscape where everything happens. Your company should, no, has to feel that specific dynamic in the design; because we have abandoned the traditional idea that an office is nothing more than a just place for hard work.

Step 2

From a list of wishes and requirements to a concept

The first interview yielded a list of wishes and requirements. We translate that into a concept. We draw a layout plan and give atmospheric impressions. We also show what the follow-up process looks like: when will the designs come and what is the overall plan for the entire project? And we make an open budget. The first big ideas now really come to life.

Step 3

From an abstract idea to a design and an practical plan

We will of course pleasantly surprise you with our concept, that’s how sure we are of our business. If you agree, we will then refine the design. This is where we coordinate the colours and materials and make technical drawings in which all the architectural details and material choices are incorporated. Based on this, we can then begin to request quotes. Thanks to the realistic impressions we create, you will be able to get an even better idea of what your new office landscape will look like. If you are completely satisfied, we will make definitive choices in the run-up to implementation.

Step 4

The implementation of the plan into a new working environment

Once construction has begun, we don’t back away. In fact, we supervise the entire process and we stay right on top of it to make sure we fulfil all the agreements made.

Preparation

We order the materials required for new construction, renovation, relocation or refurbishment. We make a clear schedule, so the makers can get to work.

Implementation

We supervise the phasing out, organize the work meetings, check the work carried out and we take care of the furnishing. We will of course keep you informed of developments.

Delivery

An exciting moment. Everything still smells new. The work landscape is ready to be put into use.

Opening

This honour is yours: the building can be opened. Time for a party, right? We would be happy to come. Even after the opening, we will remain closely involved with your new office landscape and will evaluate the entire process.
