The cleaning heroes since 1967
Cleaning heroes, that’s what the people of ACW have been since 1967. We were allowed to fully take care of the old office of this lovely family business from Rotterdam.
ACW bought their premises many years ago. The building was acquired in full, including the furniture from the previous owner. As a result, it actually had more of the atmosphere of its predecessor, rather than that of the family business itself. It was time for a change!
Lack of space was a major concern, so we tried to figure out how to use the available spaces more optimally. We thoroughly researched what the actual requirements were and what would fit best in everyday use. The layout was changed rigorously to meet the desire for space creation. The reception desk became smaller, as did the boardroom. But in return, a meeting space in the corridor area and a lounge area with bar table were added.
Fresh and clean, but also warm. These were the guiding principles in the design and execution. Those first two points are because ACW is a cleaning company. The third was because the warmth of a family business should also be reflected in the office. We created a real living room atmosphere, but with a clean look. We also incorporated some contrasts such as concrete and a moss wall. All in all, we created a completely unique office landscape that ACW can be proud of.
